Pros

Good pay and benefits. Opportunity to work independently without being micromanaged.

Cons

I think we work hard and deserve more time off. Also if you support an AVP or CAM they get bonuses and we are not compensated at ALL. At the very least we should recieve a gift card for complimentary lunch or spa treatment...a little something to say "thanks for your hard work". The Administrative Assts are also seen as expendable. If we mess up they will fire us in a heartbeat but if the Assistant Vice-Presidents screw up they just get transfered.

Pros

Good benefits, talented, helpful co-workers for the most part, company car and gas card, access to the most technologically advanced equipment and solutions in the business.

Cons

You will have no personal life, ever.Even when you aren't working during the week you are technically on call which means you'll always be on edge thinking you might be getting a call. The work itself isn't too bad.You will however get filthy, cut, bruised bloody and burned and then expected to be a "sales rep" as well. You'll work long days and still be behind, deal with angry customers, horribly made lease machines, and moronic general managers from chain restaurants. Is every day horrible?,no but the stress load at this job can get to be way too much. Also you'll grow too hate cardboard because you will have TONS of parts, equipment and dispensers shipped to your house, whether you have room for it or not.If this was a 9-5 job i honestly think I wouldn't mind it so much but the pay doesn't compensate for the amount of work we do.
