Pros
You get a newer company vehicle with insurance paid for. You get a monthly allowance to pay for gas, cell phone, and any other expenses you incur, but when cost of that is used up and you have to use your own money to pay for gas, etc...
Cons
Company and management have a disillusioned perception of work-life balance. Vacation time is never used up due to company initiatives and focus on making sure objectives are always met. You don't get paid time off, thier idea of paid time off is making sure your month is not pro-rated for residuals you work hard to maintain.
