      Vehicle Care is an unwanted step-child

      Pros

      Good solid company. Tough to get fired, basically if you don't sell what they want and don't make service calls, you're gone. Otherwise, they'll work with you.

      Cons

      Vehicle Care is often looked down on. Pest and Institutional are the company's money makers so they get what they want. Stay away from Vehicle Care.

      It's still an enjoyable place to work.

      Pros

      It's a stable work environment. Co-workers are very easy to work with and are very talented. When possible the work schedule is flexible when needed.

      Cons

      A lot of travel, work very long hours and they spread their employees very thin. Moral overall has been on the decline for awhile.
