      Pros

      Some of the management that have been there awhile try to help develop people and the business. Previous leaders really believed in the team approach. The goal was to improve the work environment, quality of the product and output of manufacturing. Significant improvements were made.

      Cons

      New management came in and focus changed. To work here you now must be ready to kiss up to the right clique, otherwise you will be pushed aside. Gone is the overall teamwork, only the clique. Focus has change to production, production, production.

      if you are mechanically oriented than this is the best job for you , other wise only for sales its worse as it is a servics company not only a sales company , understand.

      No personal life if you are committed towards job as it is a service oriented company and always on the toe

      Pros

      the benefits were for the most part very good, if you were told about them.peer employees were almost always willing to help you in a pinch.

      Cons

      the only way to be promoted is to have a "good old boy" go to bat for you or be a good old boy yourself. your customer is only there to become a dumping ground for whatever is the latest and greatest new overpriced product that can be shoved down their throat. respect from upper management is non-existent at best and you don't get much more from your immediate supervisors either.
