      Pros

      Plenty of areas for advancement. Don't have to worry about downsizing.

      Cons

      Like any large company, there are always plenty of directives that you don't agree with.

      Company vehicle provided that you can use for personal use Health benefits, 401k Pay is decent Ability to make your own schedule

      You are the installer and repair person as well as the sales person Equipment will take over your horme Training is terrible- and could be very dangerous as they do not train on how to safely work around electrical,dishmachines, etc Upper management makes promises that territory managers will do service work that they are not capable of doing in order to make a sale and then they are no where to be found once work needs to be completed. Upper management makes promises that they don't keep
