Pros

New equipment and a Service vehicle (F 150 pick up) was provided. There is not really much else to say that is positive.

Cons

This company went to a "variable hourly pay rate" based on productivity. This sounds like some sort of "Chinese overtime". I wonder what they paid the accountant who came up with this idea, doubt it was a variable hourly pay rate.

Pros

A great company to work for with plenty of training opportunities. Recognizes and appreciates industry and sales experience. Supports the military by hiring vets while still hiring mostly civilians. Many assets and resources to support field representatives. Base plus commission.

Cons

Expect 50hrs minimum but strong performs work far more hours. Requires completion of 5-8 month technical certification program to start receiving commission and this program is difficult. Study time will require additional hours weekly to successful pass. Higher than average base pay means that they own your time. Heavy in administrative paper work load. This needs to be an industry you are interested in.

Pros

High career ceiling if you are relocatble as there are multiple divisions with varying levels of leadership roles in each division,so if you are seeking a company y who rewards and promotes their top performers,it is worth a look. Benefits are what you would expect from a company of its size and a recent focus on finding ways to improve work/life balance "should" improve the job and their employee engagement scores

Cons

They have not developed a way to tackle the work life balance piece for their associates and with the volatile business we operate in, there is always pressure beyond your pay scale that dictates your life more than you dictate on your own. In other words, you work long hours, often out of town, and you are on call 24/7 so escaping from your work is very difficult and the company can become your life rather than a part of it. You must be a strong individual with an iron will and a good chin to survive. If you are Looking for a laid back, slow paced, 9-5 job...keep looking. If you are highly motivated with limited family ties, it could be a great fit,
