Not a place that has the leadership structure that would provide fair and balanced, bottom-line performance-oriented promotions. Changed their outside sales roles and responsiblities for their territory managers.

*Pay is extremely low. *They tell you in the interview that it's a sales position. It is not. You're a dish machine repairman. *You're on call all the time and if a customer's dish machine is down, you're expected to go regardless of the time. *Management has no idea what the territory representatives actually do and most of the managers have not worked in the role. *No work life balance.
