Great products and innovation. Great building relationships with customers

Cons

Company lost focus on Employees and focusing on making the company money. Mr Baker is an amazing leader. He has recently announced retirement and I see the company going in the wrong direction as far as keeping employees a priority.

Pay was great, Work was easy.

Cons

Hours, Management, Union, no real need or want to get better as a Warehouse, stuck in old ways, I quit with my two weeks notice was given a positive send off, when I tried to return was passed on based off of one employees agenda, not off my past work ethic and quality.

Pros

Provide everything needed for job. (laptop, phone, vehicle, gas, tools...)

Cons

If it's not in writing don't trust them. They told us they were reclassifying position, they would evaluate in 3 months to make sure we were not losing pay. Lost 50% of compensation, 30% of vacation and sick leave. 3 months later refused to re-evaluate, said take it or leave it. DOES NOT pay competitively for expectations. Time off based on 40 hour work week but they expect 55 hour work week. (3 weeks vacation only pays 2.2 weeks) New positions prevent internal promotion from field to management. Sales positions have quadrupled, not enough business to make your income.
