      The company really knows how to grow and how to keep their business happy... Company car, cell phone, and computer for the rep

      EXTREME MICRO MANAGEMENT!!! Beware of this before you start! You have the freedom to make your own schedule but your management team will hoover over you during everything and a soon as anyone in you district doesn't impress then it's time for weekly conference calls!

      Friendly environment, not demanding, great work/life balance

      Cons

      Limited exposure to other disciplines within the company. It's a closed-box work culture, meaning you work in your area and rarely cross-over unless you initiate (or there are major company changes like closing a division). There are some fantastic managers and then there is other extreme, some really bad ones.
