Pros
Hybrid policy was flexible and you could get away with working in the office one day/week
Cons
Really bad middle and upper management. Job responsibilities constantly changed and had to hold off standard work to address never ending asks from direct manager and upper management. Everyday will be different because your priorities depend on what your direct manager believes. PTO policy is terrible (Accrued one day/month for first five years) and healthcare is really expensive with bad coverage.
