Worst work life balance I’ve ever had.

Nothing. Most stressful job I’ve ever had.

Cons

Worst job ever. 55-60 hours a week. Way undertrained. Too many obligations. Only 20$ an hour to work on plumbing, electrical, and dangerous chemicals. I Have seen 8 people quit in my first 5 months. On call 24 hours a day.

Not much anymore...company has declined so much . Stockholders beware

Cons

Pay- Most lost $10k due to restructure, Upper management reaping the bonuses. DM can no longer build there income. Worst diversity I've ever seen. If you speak up you can kiss your career goodbye

Recent restructure cut pay by 10-25% New CEO is trying to make US workers adapt to a very invasive, micromanaging, socialist European style.
