Worst place I've ever worked, they screwed me over time and time again. unreasonable workload, little pay, was told I'd have advancement opportunities but didn't get promoted to the job that I was already doing, slowly is taking away more and more vacation, doesn't pay our earned unused vacation at separation, need approval to apply for any other job within the company, the list goes on and on...

Management don't want to hear anything the employees under them have to say. With this company its not what you know it who you know.

Pros

-Good experience for entry level -Coworkers are friendly and willing to help/teach you -Can get experience then move on to a better company (plenty in this area)

Cons

-Fatigue, work is very physical and you work a lot of overtime -Work life balance is terrible -No support from upper management -Upper management values production over safety -Problems and issues don't get addressed -Work with a lot of old and broken equipment -Below average benefits and pay -Very low morale -Very poor training program for new hires -Used to be one of the best plants on the river, now it's one of the worst
