      Pros

      Good Pay, company vehicle, company credit card

      Cons

      Way too much workload per person, shutdown on ordering parts for "investors" so that Wall Street looks good, no true vacation. You get your time off but still have to see all of your customers for the month (just in smaller time frame) every day off you get you have to work extra to cover for someone else. This isn't a true vacation. Parts and machines breakdown way more often than competitors it seems.

      Pros

      The residual commissions on the high margin items were tolerable.

      Cons

      The leadership and the field team were often at a disconnect in terms of expectations. Frequently cancelled team building type activities in the field due to budget constraints despite maintaining an enormous profit margin. There is no room to grow and paths to advancement are not always clear and often political.
