Management is clueless. My responsibilities, and requirements changed several times in the year I worked there.

It's very unfortunate that a sales job with Ecolab is not what you think it is. Be prepared to work nights, weekends and holidays; you get 2 weeks vacation but it's almost impossible to get someone to cover your territory without wanting something in return (co-workers have offered $200 for someone to cover). They claim you are a sales rep first, but at the end of the day you are a service rep who sells when you can. You can spend hours troubleshooting a disgusting dish machine at any moment.
