There are no pros anymore.

Cons

They put GPS tracking on your vehicle yet tell you it’s a personal vehicle as well. They give you a lowball offer and force you to accept it. They give you unattainable goals so you don’t hit your bonuses or incentives.

There was a lot of pros working here, but unfortunately the pandemic has forced them to make really stupid decisions and everything has become unbearable just to get through each day!!

Cons

Pay sucks, work load way too high, customer service is useless, can never get answers from anyone, promised changes would come but only more people quitting and more work for me with no extra pay, having to constantly do other persons jobs because they are lazy and or incompetent. Honestly can’t think of anything good to say anymore

As legacy Nalco, had to watch mismanagement like aquiring Champion during peak oil which then caused a furlough of all field folks even at refineries with manpower being paid by our customers who we were keeping happy; that seemed to be a turning point in morale and ability to attract quality people. And add to that ridiculous cost cutting that resulted in production and thus supply issues across much of the downstream chemical portfolio.
