at my Econo lodge the other employees are amazing, always helpful if you have a situation and need a certain day off. you get to meet all kinds of new people, we have regulars who stay here every week, you get to know them well. i like working here because its something new every day!

It is a very people oriented job, you get to meet all different kinds of people from young to old. It was a great experience

Cons

It is a lot of work to manage a hotel with so many rooms and it is impossible without having enough resources to manage the place
