Pros

Economy has supportive and fun-loving employees, that work hard. Teamwork is a very important thing, and the environment is firm but fair. Economy offers bonuses when certain criteria is met, and they offer 3 weeks of PTO. I had the pleasure of enjoying my own office, with the ability to decorate it. They are flexible and understanding. They have the most down to earth people, who care about promoting a family-like environment. It was certainly a great chapter in my life, working for Economy Exterminators. I wish nothing but the best for this company, and all who work here.

Cons

The only downside to this company, in my opinion, is that it is a seasonal service company. There is an in-season, and an off-season. Most bug problems are in the hotter months, so work speeds way up. There are not many bugs in the colder months, so work slows way down. This says the same for all seasonal companies. There is no downside with Economy itself.
