Very nice and caring. Take time to get to know their staff and what needs they have. They treat me like family and I am honored to work for this company!

Cons

No vacation pay (but they make up for it with bonuses ) NoNE!

Pros

Since day one, I've worked with a fantastic recruiter, Patrick. He's helped me through my CF and first couple of years as an SLP. He's gotten me placements and opporutinites I've wanted. EdTheory also has a great HR and team overall. I've been to a couple of events, and everyone is so friendly and fun. I like that they are local to the bay area. They even have a relations manager that calls every once in a while to ensure everything is going okay. Thanks, EdTheory for all that you do!

Cons

I do wish there were more free or group continuing education opportunities. They do give a stipend though that you can use towards your own PD.
