Pros
They are heavy handed on adherence to Processes, especially when it comes to Agile Development and Time keeping. Very Accommodating for Work from Home Plenty of in company opportunity for learning new skills. Leadership on teams can push younger members to gradually take on more responsibility for growth. Nice Ceo.

* Processes can be annoying at times. * Not many in-person events to meet team members in person.

Pros
I gave it a 1 star because you cannot give it any lower but also because of the first pro about this company. He earned that one star. - I had the privilege to learn from one of the most talented person I know and they were not even the tech-lead for the project. (Too bad they were severely underpaid but they no longer work for Edaptive thank goodness.) - Practices new technology stack to develop some very good software. - Practices agile - Pushes employees to take certification courses - It is a good place to start your career. It makes you realize your worth.
Cons
- Pay is very low. They have high turnover because of this. - Benefits are not as good with regards to being paid very low. I thought the low salary was because the benefits would be so much better. - Timekeeping is like someone breathing down your neck all the time with it needing you to work exactly down to the minutes. - CEO harasses you to write a good Glassdoor review all the time. (to pad and bury bad reviews like this one) - Management. They promote people who brown-nose the CEO and COO. -- My personal experience with my tech-lead was not very good. He didn't show characteristics of being a good leader at all. All he had was that he was smart and could code. He also disrespected/embarrassed me a few times in front of my colleagues.
