Inbound calls and Outbound calls, a good start to build skills with planning and discussing investments with clients

Cons

Low salary, not a good fiduciary, they don't holistically plan like they say the do, outside accounts don't update properly if client isn't logging in consistently, thus holistic advice is not accurate as a result. Adding private equity will also slowly erode the company from the inside.
