      Pros

      Great salary, benefits, and overall company culture. Very flexible with time off and work schedule. Takes care of its employees and from the top down is very transparent. Truly cares about serving its customers with great and truthful financial advice and services.

      Cons

      Upper management can sometimes struggle with direction of company and identity of company, two mergers in the last two years. Expansion of services in financial advice causes conflict with product direction.

      1. Culture is amazing. "Do the right thing" is a core principle 2. People: laid-back, collaborative and friendly 3. Intellectual powerhouse driving the secret sauce (algorithmic asset management)

      Cons

      There is some uncertainty on the future of the company given all acquisitions/mergers. But the vision makes sense on paper. If it pans out per plan remains to be seen.
