      Good company, very collegial and good input and management

      Cons

      Pay is a little less than I would like. You are paid hourly so youre taking calls for eight solid hours each day which can get exhausting

      There are some other good people working there.

      Poor management and training. Low opportunity for growth. Lots of turnover of employees and clients.

      Challenging time of transition

      Pros

      Individual planners around the country are, for the most part, compassionate and knowledgeable people. My own team is supportive and positive. Good base pay (virtually no raise, however). Annual bonus.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in leadership lead one to wonder what is happening behind the scenes, constantly. No one can state clearly what our competitive edge is in the marketplace, which is a red flag.
