Everything in this company is a negative. They hired too many developers over the years for what they need to accomplish. So everyone is trying to grab the projects. The senior leadership in technology is just unaware of their hiring mistakes. Maybe they are aware but not willing to accept their mistake. Working here you will constantly question when a change would be coming in. It will make you question your worth. You will be geared up to work on a project and by then someone will come and grab it. I understand expanding the company as they are growing but this company hired too many developers for rather a slow pace of growth. As a developer I look for challenges - this company cannot provide those challenges. Most people in this company have been here for years doing nothing exciting but they love to show that they did everything. They always want to show themselves as the most hardworking. If you are looking for a company that challenges you as a developer and doesnt make you run around grabbing projects to work on - avoid this company. One of my worst career experience has been with this company. To all those who commented positive here are just folks who are devotees of this company not because they like their job but because they started losing their developer talent and struggling to find job elsewhere. I got out quick and saved myself from the time waste.
