      Only worked here 2 months and can already tell this was one of the best companies I could have started my financial planning career with!

      Cons

      Training could be a little bit more - although they do have you shadow for a while after training so not that big of a deal.

      Pros

      Great company that listens to their people! EFE works so hard to include the voice of so many while working to make changes. It is a very inclusive environment!

      Cons

      The company has gone through changes with departure of the founder. A lot of longtime employees are having trouble accepting change.
