      Pros

      Receptive to policies favoring work/life balance. Friendly coworkers willing to lend support. Very technology driven. Small in numbers so you get to know almost everyone in the company.

      Cons

      Not all managers practice the spirit of the policies. Caste system strictly enforced regarding career development. Limited revenue sources and more limited innovations. Not all groups "play to win"...some "play not to lose".

      Great mission, free snacks, good colleagues, compensation and benefits were good

      Cons

      No clear direction, product market space diminishing, senior management is attempting to align culture, working on a much needed change, work was not challenging, tough to balance family life

      Pros

      They buy you lunch and send you free t-shirts.

      Cons

      The management team is completely unsupportive. The rules are different for each person depending on whether or not they like you. They ask for feedback about your thoughts on your role and the company. However, if you actually give feedback you either get written up for it or it just gets ignored.
