      Great place to work if you're on the right team

      Pros

      HR does a great job in vetting candidates for qualification and fit with the team. Working hours are flexible based on management as long as the work is getting done. Good reinforcement on work-life balance and encouraged often.

      Cons

      There needs to be better synergy between teams with regard to communication and understanding of priorities. Upper management sometimes does not unite teams in a productive way.
