      It's very comfortable in the office for the creative team, compared to the other teams.

      Cons

      The clients are usually tricky and the level of creative budget are usually not high. Compared to creative agencies the project scale are smaller as well

      1. Higher management from US is worst. 2. Manager is not a position to understand the people and always degrade Indian employee.
