company doing well and growing. lots of work to do pay is market or higher

Cons

chaos culture from the top is somewhat toxic grinding constantly with no recognition from superiors, who expect 12 hr workdays as the minimum

Cons

Work / life balance is a struggle during product transformation and associated growing pains, need for top-down prioritization and sticking with strategies at least until initial release
