Out of Touch Management and Lack of Direction

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote-first setup, offering flexibility for employees who prefer working remotely.

Cons

The marketing team lacks clear direction and is frequently affected by inconsistent decisions from upper management. Constant changes make it difficult to execute effectively. Many younger team members are leaving because they don’t see long-term growth or a clear future at the company.

Disjointed Leadership (Marketing)

Business Outlook

Pros

There are some good benefits, and remote environment is ok if that’s what you prefer.

Cons

The marketing team is very disjointed and the CMO was not great to work for, at all. Lots of changes happen and leadership doesn’t actually care about employees, as the team is pretty big.

Poor Culture - No Accountability

Anonymous employee

Business Outlook

Pros

Contracted with a number of employers that you know. Basic Benefits.

Cons

Poor leadership. What is the answer today. Completely outdated systems without any accountability of support. The company doesn't care about it's own people. Private Equity destroyed yet another company culture and is feeding off of it.
