401k match Free financial planning Nats tickets at the diamond level Flexible schedule (depending on dept and manager) Market average salaries or better Secure buildings Pretty modern equipment

Cons

Depending on dept, can be hard to know who has final say on things Change is slow but possible Arbitrary office vs. cube assignment (or seemingly) No free soft drinks (but free coffee and stuff)

I worked in Sales and highly respected upper management. Great group with a great work environment. Unfortunately they were running out of prospects due to the fact we were only competitive in the Jumbo market. Very good pay with great work/life balance. Understood people have family's

Company wont build a product for the Mid - Markets. The way the offering is set up it is only competitive in the Jumbo market. Office culture was very positive with great people

1. Great company mission. One of the very very few financial services company that actually want to do good for the individuals. Helping them retire with peace. 2. Good strategic changes to focus company strategy on customers and constantly improving customer experience. 3. Lots of initiative to modernize the technology stack. 4. Value the employees and focus on empowering and engaging employees.

Cons

1. Lots of legacy code 2. Numerous legal implications and rigorous approval process slow down the speed of development. 3. Not very competitive compensation. 4. No free lunch.
