      Pros

      Small company Nice office in Sunnyvale Interesting domain, ie, 401K mangement

      Cons

      As a new employee I had minimal interaction with my immediate manager. The manager would meet with experience employees but virtually ignored new employees. The group dynamics were basically a free-for_all. This was my group experience, other groups may have been managed separately. However, managers typically managed multiple groups and were spread thin.

      Super flexible work life balance, Sit to Stand Desks, Casual Dress code, Nice benefits.

      Cons

      Executives and Senior Management are always trying to find a way to make new money. They often roll out new products without thinking about the employees that have to service the products. Compensation was underwhelming, especially for the area. Growing faster than the software. Many tools/processes are out of date. Lack of documentation for new employees, high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Fantastic company. Great ethics. Clients always come first. Environment is very pleasant. Great work life balance. Benefits and salary are great. CSA's and planners make the place hum.

      Cons

      Management. VP nonexistent. Managers have no guidance and it's obvious. Not their fault. Fairfax supervisors seem lazy and have no idea how to lead or manage people.
