      Helping my clients achieve success

      Leadership is lost. They remain clueless on how to run the company. It’s a mixture of old school sales management with 2022 wokeness. Sprinkle in a solid helping of BS. Competition continues to outwork and outthink the company. We are at a significant disadvantage due to management.

      Solid starting base salary, coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Little to no raises, extremely sales based even though they claim they are not in the interview process, must average 2 sales a day or they will can you, they want you to push sales even if it means the client will be paying 2% or more in fees a year, extremely understaffed, no protections from clients who consistently verbally abuse advisors

      Client facing, relatively easy sales goals. Great management team. Opportunities to advance to more complex roles. Solid benefits, with easy to use PTO. Hybrid work schedule.

      Recruiting department is difficult to communicate with. Work load can be inconsistent.
