      company doing well and growing. lots of work to do pay is market or higher

      Cons

      chaos culture from the top is somewhat toxic grinding constantly with no recognition from superiors, who expect 12 hr workdays as the minimum

      they paid ok and they helped with learning financial terms

      Cons

      there was no development and they created a highly competitive and toxic environment. their payouts were not transparent at all.

      Good starting job, not for growth

      Can learn a lot, good coworkers and environment,

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth opportunity. You get paid the same no matter how much work you do(if you put in extra work there is no benefit). They don’t worry about promoting from within and keeping you happy in this position because they know they can simply hire and train unlicensed professionals and pay them less. If you don’t come in as an advisor you won’t get promoted to an advisor
