      hmmm, maybe the flexibility of wfh? They are requiring everyone to be back in the office

      Cons

      Management is extremally week and not knowledgeable. IF you are unfortunate enough to work with with a lazy planner who doesn't use their resources and make you carry their weight, it takes away the small pro above.

      Only worked here 2 months and can already tell this was one of the best companies I could have started my financial planning career with!

      Cons

      Training could be a little bit more - although they do have you shadow for a while after training so not that big of a deal.

      Most colleagues are very smart, engaged, and fully committed to doing a great job in support of the company’s mission.

      Cons

      Things are constantly changing and many colleagues are under tremendous stress. Management seems unwilling or unable to fix the systemic issues.
