      Pros

      Respected company, a hidden gem. They recently came out of a merger and are operating at a fast pace, and are definitely in growth mode. This is the most collaborative and supportive team environment I've ever been part of. They have a sincere commitment and evolving approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

      Cons

      Best to be adaptable, flexible with your approach because of the fast paced environment.

      they paid ok and they helped with learning financial terms

      Cons

      there was no development and they created a highly competitive and toxic environment. their payouts were not transparent at all.
