      Pros

      Working as a fiduciary is great. Some growing pains with the merger, but all change for the better. awesome mission.

      Cons

      We should consider raising minimums. Why have your profit center work with the least profitable clients?

      Good starting job, not for growth

      Can learn a lot, good coworkers and environment,

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth opportunity. You get paid the same no matter how much work you do(if you put in extra work there is no benefit). They don’t worry about promoting from within and keeping you happy in this position because they know they can simply hire and train unlicensed professionals and pay them less. If you don’t come in as an advisor you won’t get promoted to an advisor
