You can work for a great company but have horrible co workers and that ruins everything for you. Here at Edelman you don’t only have a great company but you have even better co workers that make coming to work a lot of fun and very fulfilling. This is a place that actually cares about people.

Initially it seemed to be a great company but a few months after starting I started to see some major red flags and breakdowns. This company is owned by a private equity firm. Multiple acquisitions in a short amount of time bringing together VERY diverse companies. The culture is ridiculously disjointed and contentious. Oh wait....these are the pros. They have food in the office and alcohol. The office was 5 minutes from my house.
