Fair pay; intentional leadership; everyone was really nice; and supportive culture.

Cons

teams are spread out across the country so we don't get to see each other often, but they try to do annual retreats.

Used to be great before the merger

Cons

Post-merger everything became political between employees of the two former companies and management is completely detached from reality. Lawsuits against any planners that leave for competitors rather than listen to complaints and improve.
