Pros

the people are committed and smart, research is key element of Edelman's overall strategy so being a part of the research team is energizing and the future looks amazing.

Cons

the workload is a little intense, but what company's isn't in 2014. alot of the team is new so we are learning together as we go. the focus is on business of course, but there is a learning and development platform for the employees in order to help personal and professional growth.

Pros

-If you're fortunate enough to have a great manager invested in your success, you'll go far with the company. -Transparency even at the highest senior levels -Respectful and supportive coworkers -Great benefits -The New York office is gorgeous and equipped with a "Wellness Room" for when you just need a minute to relax - plus the rooftop/penthouse access is amazing -Get to work on some amazing accounts -Edelman is a world industry leader

Cons

-(It's not really a con, if you're up for the challenge) but this company can be incredibly fast-paced at all levels. You need to be a fast-learner and ready to take the ball and run with it to be successful here. -Sometimes the communication between E-Digital and outside vendors leaves much to be desired -The onboarding process can be a bit confusing sometimes, but you'll pick up quickly if you pay attention
