      Pros

      High-paced job in an environment that fosters fast growth. Teams are typically quite supportive of all members. Training is good and employees have a clear growth track.

      Cons

      I unfortunately watched clients take advantage of many situations. Team encouragement could be better, and an emphasis on morale should be stronger. Teams often understaffed. Compensation is low for the amount of work done.

      - Good benefits and compensation - Opportunity to gain large agency experience with high-profile accounts - Massive network of intelligent, motivated individuals

      - New employees hardly trained (2-hour onboarding session) - Management does not provide tools needed to succeed and questions are not encouraged; direct manager(s) / teammates make or break your experience - High HR turnover - Office politics

There is the Day 1 HR onboarding and then there is the group level onboarding that should be happening over the course of your first weeks and months.
