      I'm glad you enjoy your colleagues and consider our culture fun - me too! I'm sorry you've felt your career development to be limited. Additional career pathing is something we're actively working on and I hope you'll find it beneficial. We definitely pay for all time worked, including overtime for non-exempt employees.
