      Pros

      Full of lovely, clever, talented people who work hard for their clients and to create a great company. Hard work is recognised and rewarded. Generous holiday allowance. Flexible working actively encouraged. Nice perks like free breakfast, subsidised canteen, Thursday drinks. Good benefits package. This is a company that genuinely cares about their staff. They have quarterly, anonymous staff surveys covering all aspects of life and work at Edelman and they take negative feedback very seriously and act upon it.

      Cons

      The agency is huge (500?) and despite efforts to become an integrated communications consultancy is still siloed. Edelman has a creative department within it that is sadly under utilised by the majority of the business units who are still pure play old school PR.

      Pros

      - Focus on flexible working. Particularly in health team, flexible working is encouraged at all levels. This has greatly improved work life balance. - Clear career path - opportunity to be promoted at any time of the year. 2 line managers to guide you - Dedicated to doing good work. Standards are high, but you would expect that from the biggest agency in the world. - Creative thinking is championed

      Cons

      - If you are looking for a job where you can cruise and do very little work, it is not the place for you. You will get back from this job as much as you put in - if you are ambitious and want to excel in your career, this agency will help you do that.
