      Good place to build your career

      Pros

      - Very experienced senior colleagues across the business who you can learn from daily - Interesting and challenging client base - Sophisticated offering of central services (Edelman Intelligence, Digital, Creative..etc.) - Paid a bonus this year

      Cons

      - Fairly long hours (but you are in change of your own work/life balance) - Pressure to take holiday when it suits the business rather than you - The values of the company are a bit of a joke considering some of the questionable clients we still work for

      Overall ... great place to work

      Pros

      Good client base, part of a large international network (provides great opportunities for collaboration), good team management

      Cons

      The company positions itself in the analytics and insights field but starting and 1 to 2-year-in salaries (although very reasonable) are closer to those of a communications company. Nonetheless, opportunities for growth are substantial.

      Great range of clients, and talented global team to work with.

      Cons

      Long, but typical agency hours. The effort is worth it though. The types of clients and the caliber of work required for top-tier projects makes your contribution meaningful.
