      Pros

      1. Good salary compared to others in the industry 2. Amazing Parties 3. Interesting work culture 4. You will learn a lot on how the PR world works 5. Work from home benefits (twice or thrice in the month or so) 6. You will be able to make a name out of your own with the exposure that you get in the PR world 7. Free Lunch everyday 8. Reimbursements are quick 9. Admins are the best when it comes to travel or cabs 10. Friends you make here would be there for life time.

      Cons

      1. Favoritism 2. Dedication is measured on how long you stay after working hours 3. Managerial dictatorship 4. Additional pressure on employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays too 5. Hierarchy domination 6. Poor work life balance 7. If you are a fresher or if you are starting from a small designation, your seniors work is yours 8. Bosses are to be treated like Gods 9. High level office politics, the office is a parliament of its own 10. Poor appraisals and growth is restricted once you become a manager
