      Hires great people but can't keep them

      Pros

      Get to work with some great people and have access to very smart specialists.

      Cons

      Have no say in what accounts you work on and when accounts changed you are not consulted. Zero flexibility in working on accounts that reflect your strengths and interest.

      Thank you for your feedback. While our turnover numbers are in line with what's standard in the professional services industry, that certainly doesn't mean we don't have improvements to make. Some turnover is healthy and provides growth and new experience opportunities for others, but we need to be careful about not letting it tick up to a point that causes undue hardship or loss of insights for those who remain.       Lots of learning opportunities, everyone is helpful and friendly, supportive culture, everyday is different

      Cons

      Average salary, typical cons of agency life (you have to push for your work-life balance, time sheets)

      - Great brands to work with - Great colleagues - Work - life balance is decent

      Cons

      - Opportunities to move to other global offices are non-existent even if you are eligible to work (without any permit) in the country of your choice - Overall salary package could be a lot better
