      Pros

      Very smart and driven coworkers, high-profile clients, opportunity for growth, outstanding senior managament, good continuing ed opportunities, efficient and nice offices, good benefits.

      Cons

      I wish there were more communication about the capabilities and resources of Edelman's various groups and cities.

      Pros

      Camaraderie amongst the team I work with. Some levels of understanding. I have flexibility in time off.

      Cons

      There are just too many things to list. I'm just very frustrated here. But there is a lack of respect for what we do in our division. There's a high enough turnover rate. We have a severe lack of process which I hope changes. And there are just so many other issues.

      A great global agency to work for with reasonable hours for PR, but expect the other pros and cons of any large agency.

      Pros

      Reputation of agency, opportunity to work on well-known clients with large budgets, knowledge sharing within and between offices, interesting intellectual property, reasonable hours and salary in comparison to other large agencies, great benefits, some of your coworkers will be friendly and very smart, and some of your managers will be great leaders and truely advocate for you

      Cons

      A lot of politics, hierarchical, coworkers can be extremely competitive, little flexibility in what accounts and tactics you get to work on (even when you have put in your time)
