8yIt is great to hear that you are enjoying working with your peers as well as being challenged by the breadth of opportunities around you. We understand that we are a busy agency and that there are occasions where people may feel more stretched than others. We are always looking ahead to see how we can staff accordingly to support the teams. If you are working longers hours on a consistent basis then I urge you to speak to your line manager or please come and speak to someone in HR. In terms of compensation, we take great pains to regularly benchmark our salaries against competitors and the wider industry. We therefore feel that we are highly competitive in the market place including the great benefits we offer such as industry leading paid holiday and the well being initiatives we are continuously evolving to support our people.
