      Pros

      Great place to work. They know how to take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Their HR needs to have a Employee Assistance Program which they do not. Their attitude is to just fire employers going through difficulties with personal problems instead of trying to work out a solution, but then again, which Indian company is so progressive thinking as yet?
