      Overworked and still expected to do more. Highly political and very 'clique'ish'

      Has the reputation of being a good company to work for

      Cons

      Junior staff get more than 6 accounts at any one time and co. still expect good work. Bosses give only lip service to problem but keep adding work such as internal projects and new business on top of work. There is always an excuse but never an excuse to help me. Am let down by promises. CEs who stay late and kiss up to bosses get favouritism. Feedback goes nowhere. Don't want people to make mistake of working here.

      Pros

      Fun, and hip place to work. Chaning with trends of field and adapting well. There is never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Long hours, difficicult clients, hard to balance life and work and still perfrom at the high level that is expected

      Pros

      Great training environment, well respected. Well located. Clients relatively easy to come by. Smart staff.

      Cons

      Stingy, competitive within offices between business units and between business units in other offices. Our own collateral material is lacking (even though we make it for our clients)
