      Friendly yet competitive environment with several professional growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Several professional growth opportunities. Friendly colleagues. Experienced colleagues and resources to draw from. Promotes work/life balance.

      Cons

      While a work/life balance is promoted, it is hard to do. Possible career paths overwhelming to new comers. Day-to-day account positions have little to no contact with upper management - I know they work on accounts and the company, however I'm not sure what they actually do.

      - Collaborative atmosphere - Forward thinking - Actively listens to needs/requests of employees - Provides opportunity to work on big clients - Ability to test new waters, transition teams and interests if desired - Global company

      - Work/Life balance isn't top priority for all senior management - There is a constant focus on new business when there should be attention to current clients

      There are a variety of projects to work on, but they're very Social Media focused.

      Pros

      The people are Edelman Digital are the strongest factor in staying at this agency. The work can be fun, but there are also many projects that suck the life out of you. Same as any job, I suppose.

      Cons

      With such a focus on social media, the projects can get pretty repetitive. "Make us a Facebook page!" "We need a new Facebook tab!" etc.
